AT & T sued by customers to prevent T-Mobile merger

It seems the overwhelming response with regard to the AT & T and T-Mobile merger was opposition. For example, incredibly, Sprint, was singing about the negative effects of the transaction. State and federal government officials were publicly against the business also, that such competition in the wireless industry in the United States interfere with an agreement now would start to trade customers.

Concerned customers are concerned about the control, which will have AT & T over the market, it would be the dominant airline in the wireless industry grow be. Even Verizon, which is currently the largest would have, AT & T exceeds it would be difficult, to purchase T-Mobile for $39 billion.

The merger also much confusion is caused with some customers. It means T-Mobile customers get the iPhone? AT & T will raise prices and restrict listener options? What happens with T-Mobile contracts? It seems that many parties reject this merger, and that consumers and lawyers are equally willing to fight and do what is necessary to prevent it. What is your take on the merger? The two institutions by the Ministry of justice are allowed to move forward?
